These Terms govern your purchase and use of Note Hoppers products, sold by Hydra Constellation SRL, Via Riace 76, 00118 Roma, Italy ("we", "us"). By buying or using our products you agree to these Terms.

1. Products and license

Our products are digital files (PDF). When you buy, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and use the files with the children in your own home or in your own classroom or group. You may print as many copies as you need for that use. You may not resell, share, upload, distribute or sublicense the files, or use them in products for sale. All content, including the original songs, arrangements, games and designs, is owned by Hydra Constellation SRL. Traditional tunes in the public domain remain in the public domain; our arrangements, new words and page designs are protected.

2. Digital delivery

After payment you get download buttons on the thank-you page and an email with personal download links valid for 7 days. You can get fresh links at any time at /access with your purchase email. Nothing is shipped, and no instrument or physical item is included.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and are shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe on our own checkout page (card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Link). Your bank may charge foreign transaction fees. We may change prices for future orders.

4. Refunds

We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase on The Note Hoppers Music Play Kit, the main product. Add-on products, including individual cross-sell items and the Complete Bundle, are non-refundable. To request a refund, email productadvice.info@gmail.com with your order email. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

5. Educational play content and safety

Note Hoppers products are educational play resources for adults to use with children ages 3 to 7. They are not music lessons from a qualified teacher, not therapy of any kind, and not medical, developmental, hearing or other professional advice. They make no promises about any child's skills, learning or development. Activities must be led and supervised by an adult. The adult is responsible for following the safety guidance in the products: adults do all cutting, laminating, hole punching and gluing; paper pieces and any small items are for ages 3 and up and must be kept away from children under 3 and from any child who puts things in their mouth; homemade instruments are not tested toys and must be built, checked and stored by the adult; sounds are kept gentle and away from ears. In an emergency call 911. For a possible poisoning or swallowed item call Poison Help at 1-800-222-1222. Talk with your pediatrician about any concern about your child's health, hearing or development.

6. Website use

Don't misuse the site, try to break its security or copy it.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for injury or damage resulting from failure to follow the safety guidance or from use without adult supervision. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live, which continue to apply to you.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. The version shown when you buy applies to that purchase.
